Dear Friend of Religious Freedom,

The Foundation for Religious Freedom (www.forf.org and www.toleranceforall.org) is interested in isolating the causes of hate and discrimination that cut across religious freedom.  In that vein, we are conducting the following survey.

Please take a few of minutes to answer the following questions.

  1) What do you see as the biggest cause of religious intolerance/discrimination?

  2) What should be done to handle that?

  3) Have you personally or do you have personal knowledge of someone who has experienced religious discrimination?

  4) If you know of such an instance, how was it manifested? (Please give any specifics you would like to.)

  5) Do you think a website that lists out the rumors, falsehoods or urban myths about religion and provides factual information to counter such would be useful?
